Bio

Kristian Stout is the Associate Director at the International Center for Law & Economics. His research areas include antitrust, intellectual property, telecommunications, innovation, and Internet governance. Kristian has previously served on the Federal Communication Commission’s Broadband Deployment Advisory Committee and currently serves on the New Jersey Advisory Committee to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. A former Fellow in the Internet Law & Policy Foundry, Kristian was previously a lecturer in computer science. Kristian graduated magna cum laude from the Rutgers University School of law, served on the editorial board of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy, and was awarded a Governor’s Executive Fellowship from the Eagleton Institute of Politics.
